I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Promo codes must be input at the time of checkout or when you are accessing your cart. During check out on the right side of the screen will be a box titled Order Summary. Click Promo/Gift Certificate, type in the promo code you received, and click apply. Our system does not allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We also cannot apply promo codes to prior purchases.
How do your shoe sizes run?
Our shoes are based on US sizes. We do provide a size suggestion in each shoes description, but keep in mind this is only a suggestion. We suggest basing your selection upon personal preference.
How do I sign up for your newsletter?
At the bottom of our webpage there will be a section to Subscribe To Our Newsletter. Type your email address and hit subscribe. We will send any coupons or discounts to this email.
What if I want to unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Feel free to contact us to remove your email address from our mailing list.
There is an item that I wanted that is sold out, will you be restocking?
Although we cannot ensure a style you want will be restocked, you are more than welcomed to contact one of our representatives through email. If we do restock, you will be the first to know. You can also add the style to your Wishlist and check back in, we add new styles every week.
Orders and Payments:
What is my order number and where can I find it?
Your order number will be sent with your order confirmation. You can also locate your order number by logging into your AJ Shoes Account and looking at your orders.
How will I know my order has been placed and received by AJ Shoes?
When your order is completed you will be notified that your order was placed successfully. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order number and summary.
How long does it take to process an order?
We will process your order within 24 hours of it being placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Shipping and Tracking:
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS to ship all orders.
What shipping methods do you offer and what are their cost?
We offer a 3-5 day shipping on all U.S. orders.
How long does it take for you to ship my order and for me to receive it?
Once your order is processed, allow us 24 hours to prepare and ship your package. Your package should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on destination.
How do I track my package?
When your order status is updated to shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be able to click on the tracking number and see the status of your package.
Returns and Exchanges:
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We don’t do exchanges by mail. We do offer refunds or store credit depending on your preference, if the item is returned to us within 30 days from when your order was delivered. Please note: Return shipping charges will not be refunded unless it damaged, defected, or the wrong item is sent.
Please note: we only accept unused items in original packaging. If we receive anything that is not our product we will discard of it.
What happens if an item I received is damaged, missing, or not as described?
Please email us at service@ajshoe8.com and we will gladly exchange it for the correct item.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges because we can not ensure the style and size you need will be in stock when the return is processed.

You will be asked a few questions such as your order number, the reason for your return, photos of the product if anything was damaged, missing, or not as described, and whether you’d like to receive a refund or store credit upon approval.
Once your return is approved and you are issued an RMA number please include this with your package. Since you are responsible for return charges choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend you getting tracking when returning a package to ensure your return gets delivered to our facility.
How long does it take to process my return and issue my refund or store credit?
Once your return has arrived to our facility allow us 24-48 hours to process the return. Store credit will be available once the return is fully processed. Allow 3-7 business days for your refund to process depending on your financial institution.
